We are hiring Class A CDL drivers for Over-The-Road (OTR) positions across the Lower 48 states. New to OTR? No problem. Seasoned driver looking for a better home? Even better. We treat every driver with the respect they deserve - from Day 1.

PAY & EARNINGS

• Starting pay: $0.57-$0.70 cpm
• Average weekly earnings: $1,300 – $2,200+/week
• Weekly direct deposit - every Friday
• Stop pay, detention pay & layover pay included
• Performance pay increases at 6 and 12 months

THE POSITION

• Route type: OTR - Over-the-Road, Lower 48 states
• Freight: Dry van, no-touch
• Miles: 2,500 – 3,000+ miles per week
• Time out: 2 weeks out / 2 days home
• Equipment: Late-model automatic or manual
• Drop & hook freight available (less wait time, more miles)
• No forced dispatch

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL -recently obtained is 100% OK
• 120+ minimum trucking school instruction
• Must be 21 years of age or older (federal OTR requirement)
• Clean MVR - no DUI/DWI in last 10 years
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Must be willing and able to be out 2 weeks at a time
• Able to communicate in English (per DOT requirements)
• No SAP
