We are currently looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to become part of our growing team.
Role Overview
The Receptionist is the first point of contact at Wellnest and plays a key role in creating a seamless client experience. We are looking for someone who is professional, polished, friendly, and highly organized, with the ability to manage daily operations efficiently while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors professionally
- Manage bookings, schedules, and class coordination
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and client follow-ups
- Support membership registrations and payments
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Coordinate with trainers and management regarding daily operations
- Ensure clients receive a premium and personalized experience
- Assist with basic administrative and operational tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, or wellness industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using booking systems, WhatsApp, and basic computer software
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced but refined environment
