Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Welcome and direct guests, clients, and vendors.
- Communications: Answer, screen, and forward telephone calls; respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and assist with filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Mail & Deliveries: Sort, log, and distribute daily mail, packages, and courier deliveries.
- Office Coordination: Monitor reception inventory, order office supplies, and ensure the waiting area is tidy and presentable.
- Security & Access: Maintain workplace safety by issuing visitor badges, managing sign-in sheets, and monitoring entries.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Service: A warm, professional demeanor and the ability to handle client inquiries or complaints gracefully.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization & Multitasking: The ability to prioritize tasks, manage time well, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with standard office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and multi-line phone systems.
- Problem-Solving: Resourcefulness and adaptability when dealing with unexpected issues or schedule changes.
Pay: ﷼6,000.00 - ﷼7,500.00 per month
