We are looking for a Reception & Client Experience Specialist - a front desk receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering top-tier customer service.
As the first face our clients see, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while supporting the smooth operation of our front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and pets warmly upon arrival
- Answer, screen, and route phone calls (including veterinary inquires)
- Schedule veterinary and grooming appointments
- Book boarding and daycare reservations
- Provide accurate information via phone, email, and in person
- Keep the lobby and front desk area clean and organized
- Close out transactions and ensure account accuracy daily
- Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and staff
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of receptionist/front desk experience preferred
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oreiented
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Tech-savy and comfortable with scheduling/payment systems
- Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Team-oriented with a positive, customer-first attitude
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to work on-site at our Brentwood, TN location
- Relocation required if not already local
- Weekday and weekend shifts
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
