As the Reception Manager

You will be the face and heartbeat of the guest journey, setting the tone for every arrival and farewell. Leading the front-of-house team, you’ll ensure flawless operations, inspire exceptional service, and embody the prestige and personality of our brand in every interaction. This is a leadership role where excellence, charisma, and precision meet.

Your day to day

• Lead the reception team, setting high standards and ensuring the guest experience is consistently seamless and memorable.
• Oversee all front-of-house operations, including reservations, guest flow, and special requests, ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
• Train, motivate, and coach the team to deliver service that exceeds expectations and reflects luxury hospitality at its finest.
• Build and maintain strong guest relationships, personalising experiences and encouraging loyalty.
• Manage VIP arrivals and special events with absolute discretion and attention to detail.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve challenges with professionalism, confidence, and care.
• Drive a culture of hospitality that reflects the values and vision of Majestas.

Who you are?

• Experienced in luxury hospitality, with proven leadership in a reception or front-of-house management role.
• A natural leader: charismatic, approachable, and skilled at inspiring and motivating a team.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing complex operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of reservation and guest management systems (Seven Rooms preferred).
• Passionate about creating extraordinary guest experiences and setting new benchmarks in service.
• Adaptable, positive, and ready to thrive in a dynamic, pre-opening setting.
