Reception & Sales Representative

Job Description:

• Welcoming and assisting patients and guests at the clinic

• Providing information about our services and guiding patients through the process

• Supporting sales and consultation processes with international clients

• Communicating with patients in English (and preferably one additional language)

• Following up on patient appointments and ensuring smooth coordination between departments

• Managing WhatsApp, phone, and email communication in a professional and friendly tone

• Collaborating with the sales and operation teams to ensure excellent patient experience

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (additional language such as German, or French is a strong plus)

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or healthcare is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

• Full-time availability in Antalya
