Receptionist – Job Description
We are looking for a professional and confident Receptionist to join our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:1. Front Desk Management
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Ensure all guests sign in and follow security procedures
2. Administrative Support
- Maintain daily attendance records.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting calendars.
- Manage incoming and outgoing couriers.
3. Customer Service
- Provide accurate information to visitors and clients.
- Handle customer queries with professionalism and politeness.
- Assist walk-in candidates or customers by guiding them to the correct department.
4. Coordination
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, and other departments for day-to-day tasks.
- Support team members with admin-related tasks when required.
5. Office Management Assistance
- Ensure stationery and office supplies are well-stocked.
- Report maintenance or repair issues to the admin team.
- Monitor cleanliness of the reception and waiting area.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum intermediate or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Good communication skills (English & Urdu).
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email handling).
- Professional attitude and presentable personality.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Working Hours:
- Full-time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
