Receptionist

Job Description:

We are seeking a professional, organized, and proactive Front Office / HR Assistant to join our team. This dual-role position will be responsible for managing front office operations while supporting the Human Resources department in administrative and employee-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Office Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
  • Manage office correspondence including emails, couriers, and deliveries
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed

HR Duties:

  • Assist in coordinating recruitment activities
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Prepare HR documents such as contracts, letters, and memos
  • Coordinate staff attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a front office or administrative role (HR experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
