Receptionist

Job Summary:

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a warm and professional welcome. This role involves managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, scheduling, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, couriers, and mail).
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue passes when required.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Provide basic information and assistance to clients, employees, and guests.
  • Coordinate with office staff to support administrative tasks (e.g., filing, data entry, document preparation).
  • Monitor and manage office supplies related to the reception area.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Nationality:

Philippines preferable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
