- Anticipate guests needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
- Always maintain positive guest relations.
- Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain complete knowledge at all times of:
- All camp facilities/ services, hours of operation.
- All room rates, special packages, and promotions.
- Daily house count and expected arrivals/departures.
- Scheduled daily group activities.
- Activities – rate, time and duration and policy to it
- Answer department telephone within 3 rings, using correct greeting and telephone etiquette.
- Process all guest check-ins and check outs.
- Verify registration card information with the guest and to collect all required documents to complete the check in process.
- To obtain back-up information for guest credit/payment method and input into system; collect cash when designated.
- To escort guest and transport their luggage to the room and providing information’s about the camp.
- To brief the guest about the room and the facilities in the room.
- To handle overbooked or walked in guests.
- To monitor, send and co-ordinate guest requests with other departments and to make sure the request are fulfilled.
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments/personnel (i.e., special requests, amenity delivery)
- Resolve discrepancies on the room status report with housekeeping.
- Match the bucket check to in-house guest ledger report, report discrepancies to Manager.
- Process adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, miscellaneous charges.
- To perform night auditing with proper check on all occupied guest room for the price and meal plan and other revenues.
- To be able to perform any additional scope of duties if requested by the Management.
- To attend the mandatory External and Internal training and follow the company training policy
