Receptionist Role Overview: We are seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Receptionist for a renowned clinic based in Dubai. This role involves managing front desk operations along with general administrative, secretarial, and basic financial tasks. Key Responsibilities: • Manage front desk duties, including handling calls, visitors, and deliveries. • Oversee office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. • Perform administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization. • Receive, record, and deliver cheques and confidential documents securely. • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper organization of all files. • Support basic finance-related activities (logging payments, maintaining petty cash, etc.). • Coordinate with management and assist in daily operational requirements.
