The Receptionist will be the face of ADSS Dubai, welcoming and supporting clients, visitors, and team members while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The position requires a proactive and personable individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Manage the company’s reception area, maintaining a professional image at all times.
  • Greet and direct visitors - including clients, vendors, and candidates - in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and route incoming calls, take messages where necessary, and manage switchboard communications.
  • Receive, log, and distribute mail and courier deliveries efficiently.
  • Support administrative tasks such as document handling, obtaining signatures, and visitor access procedures.
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and internal directories.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, stationery, and catering requirements.
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to ensure smooth communication and operational flow.
  • Adhere to company safety and security policies, ensuring compliance among staff and visitors.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general office equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confident, well-organised, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Professional, courteous, and comfortable engaging with Senior Management and VIP guests.
  • Prior experience managing client and vendor relationships.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
