Key Responsibilities: 1. Front Desk Operations Greet and assist all patients and visitors politely and professionally. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently. 2. Appointment Management Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and technicians for appointment timings. Inform patients of any schedule changes or delays. 3. Patient Handling Register new patients and update existing records accurately. Guide patients to respective departments or doctors. Handle patient inquiries and complaints courteously. 4. Administrative Support Maintain daily patient visit records. Collect and record payments (if applicable). Manage courier, mail, and document dispatch. 5. Communication & Coordination Coordinate between departments for smooth operations. Share daily reports with the admin or management team. Assist with data entry and report preparation when required. 6. Other Responsibilities Maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational information. Follow hospital/company protocols and dress code. Perform any additional duties assigned by management. --- Qualifications & Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (any stream). 1–3 years of experience in front office or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations. Good command of English and local language. Presentable and professional attitude.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹23,064.65 per month
