Location- Ajni Square Wardha Road, Near Haldirams Nagpur

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Tele caller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in tele calling, with a focus on sales, customer service, or lead generation. As a Tele caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, making calls, and helping generate sales leads for our LED display products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outbound Calls:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients in the architecture, design, and construction sectors to generate sales leads.
  • Introduce and promote Vision Display’s products (e.g. LED screens, video walls, etc.) to prospective clients.
  • Identify client needs and qualify leads for further sales engagement.

Client Interaction & Follow-ups:

  • Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing information to prospects.
  • Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team or close sales when appropriate.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to clients and address any queries related to the products.

Database Management & Reporting:

  • Maintain an organized database of leads, contacts, and clients.
  • Update CRM software regularly and keep track of client interactions, call outcomes, and sales progress.
  • Report sales numbers, leads, and performance to the Sales Manager on a regular basis.

Customer Service:

  • Provide excellent customer service during calls, ensuring a professional, friendly, and helpful approach.
  • Assist in resolving any client concerns or queries about the company’s products and services.

Key Qualifications:

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in tele calling, preferably in a sales or customer support role.

Educational Background:

  • A graduate degree is mandatory. Candidates with a degree in Business Administration Sales & Marketing, or any related field are preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to present information clearly and effectively over the phone.
  • Previous experience in cold calling and generating leads will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
  • Possess prior experience in Pre Marketing and a strong understanding of tender processes and GEM (Government e-Marketplace).
