En Vogue Beauty and Medical Center is looking for a professional and friendly Arabic Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As the face of En Vogue, you will be the first impression for our clients. Your primary role is to provide outstanding customer service, manage all front desk operations, and ensure a smooth and seamless client journey from booking to check-out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients in a warm and professional manner upon their arrival.
  • Manage a busy appointment schedule, including booking, confirming, and rescheduling appointments via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails in both Arabic and English.
  • Provide accurate information about our beauty and medical services, treatments, products, and ongoing promotions.
  • Register new clients and update existing client information in our system with high accuracy.
  • Handle client check-in and check-out procedures, including processing payments (cash, card, insurance) and issuing invoices.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and waiting area that reflects the center's high standards.
  • Liaise with therapists, technicians, and medical staff to ensure a smooth client flow and manage schedules effectively.
  • Address client inquiries, feedback, and resolve any issues or complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing inventory of office supplies.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Language: Must be fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written) at a professional level.
  • Customer Service: A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive client experience.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demeanor: Professional appearance, a positive attitude, and a polite and courteous demeanor.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new booking software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a high-end salon, spa, medical clinic, or luxury hospitality setting is highly preferred.
  • Experience with salon/clinic management or EMR (Electronic Medical Record) software.
  • Basic knowledge of or interest in beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetic treatments.
