We are looking for a well-presented, organized, and proactive Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support to the office team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a polite attitude, and basic computer knowledge to handle day-to-day office coordination tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming phone calls, transfer calls, and take accurate messages.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security procedures for entry.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and couriers.
- Coordinate with site offices and departments for document dispatch or follow-ups.
- Maintain and update staff attendance records and contact directories.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Support HR and administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the front office area.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
- Experience: 1–3 years as a receptionist or front office executive (construction industry preferred).
- Skills:
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
