Position Overview

JH Group is looking for a confident and dynamic Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations and ensure a welcoming environment
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail efficiently
  • Assist with tele-sales activities and customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and support office documentation
  • Provide administrative support across departments as required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in reception/front desk management
  • Strong skills in call handling, mail management, and tele-sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (preferred)
