Arabic Receptionist (3+ Years Experience)

Position Summary

We are seeking a professional Arabic-speaking Receptionist with more than 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing front-desk operations, handling calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily administrative tasks. The role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients/clients professionally upon arrival.

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls to appropriate departments.

Manage appointment scheduling and confirm bookings through phone/WhatsApp/ERP systems.

Maintain the reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization.

Handle client registration, file documentation, and data entry.

Monitor daily attendance sheets and support administrative tasks when needed.

Coordinate with different departments (nursing, doctors, management, finance, etc.).

Receive payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records (if required).

Assist in managing customer complaints and ensure high service quality.

Follow company policies, confidentiality standards, and professional ethics.

Requirements

Arabic speaker (English proficiency is required).

Minimum 3 years of experience as a receptionist or customer service role in UAE (preferred).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional appearance and strong customer service attitude.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, WhatsApp Business, etc.).

Experience in clinics or medical centers is an advantage (optional).
