Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests politely.
- Answer incoming calls, manage inquiries, and transfer calls to the concerned department.
- Maintain the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, messages, and courier deliveries.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Provide support to management and office team when required.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Presentable personality with customer-friendly behavior.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
