Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests politely.
  • Answer incoming calls, manage inquiries, and transfer calls to the concerned department.
  • Maintain the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, messages, and courier deliveries.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Provide support to management and office team when required.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Presentable personality with customer-friendly behavior.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
  • Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
  • Positive attitude and professional appearance.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
