Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Patient Interaction

  • Greet and assist patients, visitors, and healthcare staff in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer and route incoming calls, messages, and inquiries.
  • Provide information regarding hospital services, departments, visiting hours, and policies.

Patient Registration & Documentation

  • Register new patients and update existing patient records in the hospital system.
  • Verify patient identification, insurance details, referral documents, and other required paperwork.
  • Collect co-pays, fees, or required payments and issue receipts.

Appointment & Scheduling Management

  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments to manage patient flow and reduce waiting times.
  • Notify patients of upcoming appointments, delays, or changes.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain front-desk area cleanliness and ensure availability of forms and supplies.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, documents, and couriers.
  • Assist in preparing daily reports, logs, or other administrative documents as needed.

Compliance & Confidentiality

  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy in accordance with HIPAA or relevant guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
