Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

Manage front desk operations and maintain visitor records

Schedule appointments and coordinate with departments

Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

Assist patients/clients with inquiries and directions

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry)

Pleasant personality and professional appearance

Ability to multitask and handle pressure

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in hospital/clinic front desk (added advantage)

Knowledge of local language and English

Customer service–oriented mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
