Receptionist
We are a reputable car rental and vehicle sales company seeking a professional and customer-focused Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting daily front-office operations.
Job Description:
Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom and rental office
Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
Handle customer inquiries related to car rentals, sales, and availability
Coordinate appointments and maintain the reception schedule
Maintain accurate records and basic documentation
Support administrative tasks and assist the sales and rental teams as needed
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Basic computer skills (email, data entry, MS Office)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Flexibility to work shifts if required
