Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests in a polite and professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently
• Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about company services
• Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting room bookings
• Receive and distribute incoming mail, courier deliveries, and documents
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
• Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in administration is an advantage
• 1–3 years of experience as a receptionist or front-desk executive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
