Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees promptly and professionally.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
- Manage reception desk operations, including maintaining visitor logs and issuing access passes.
- Provide information and assistance to inquiries related to the company or facility.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and documents.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting rooms, and support calendar management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Coordinate with other departments for service requests or follow-ups.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally and confidentially.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
- Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage.
