Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees promptly and professionally.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.
  • Manage reception desk operations, including maintaining visitor logs and issuing access passes.
  • Provide information and assistance to inquiries related to the company or facility.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail, packages, and documents.
  • Schedule appointments, coordinate meeting rooms, and support calendar management.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Coordinate with other departments for service requests or follow-ups.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications professionally and confidentially.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage.
