Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and presentable Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities and provide administrative support. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls
  • Manage front desk operations and visitor records
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mails/couriers
  • Maintain appointment schedules and meeting rooms
  • Assist with basic administrative and office tasks
  • Coordinate with internal departments when required
  • Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area

Required Skills:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-handling skills

Qualification:

  • Any graduate / Intermediate (or equivalent)
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply

Preferred:

  • Female candidates
  • Immediate joiners

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
