Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office. This is an entry-level role, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a fast-paced, supportive environment. As a key member of our office, you will represent the company’s brand and ensure smooth daily operations by offering administrative support to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest level of service, confidentiality and professionalism is provided to both internal and external clients, promoting a positive and professional company image.
- Greet, welcome, and log clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with light administrative tasks including filing, organizing, and basic data entry.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls.
- Receive, log, and distribute mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean, organized office space, including the reception and common areas.
- Put away office supplies and assist with inventory restocking.
- Provide general support to office staff and management as needed.
- When required, run external errands such as picking up supplies, documents, or packages from local vendors, stores, or other locations.
- Ensure that any tasks are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Reliable, dependable, and punctual attendance is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proactive and willing to assist where needed.
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred but not required.
