Receptionist

We are currently seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Noor Al Inaya Dental Clinic.

Job Requirements:

• Must be on a Spouse Visa
• Basic knowledge of accounting
• Pleasing personality and excellent communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with patients
• Responsible for patient follow-ups
• Proficient in data entry and managing patient records in the system

Job Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting patients at the front desk
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date records
• Ensuring smooth day-to-day reception operations
• Coordinating with the dental team for seamless patient care
