1. Deal directly with patients, visitors either by telephone, electronically or face to face
2 Respond promptly to customer inquiries
3. Handle and resolve customer complaints
4. Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle patients inquiries
5. Provide pricing and delivery information
6. Greet and attend to patients in person and over the phone.
7. Professionally assist doctors, staff, visitors, and patients.
8. Answer all phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
9. Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff, and patient information.
10. Schedule appointments between doctors and patients.
11. Liaise between medical departments with discretion and professionalism
12. Adhere to policy and procedures during all activates.
13. Assist with treatment as per agreed protocols.
14. Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
15. Assist patients in filling required paperwork and collect co-payments at each visit.
