Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a welcoming personality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Maintain office security by following procedures and monitoring visitors
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms
  • Provide administrative support to different departments

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basics in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
