Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner

• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently

• Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

• Manage reservations, phone calls, and guest requests

• Maintain a high standard of customer service at the front desk

Requirements:

• Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written)

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front office preferred

• Experience using Opera Cloud PMS is an advantage

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
