A leading Abu Dhabi-based family office, is seeking a highly professional Receptionist (Arabic Speaker).
This role is critical in shaping the organization's front-of-house experience, acting as the first point of contact for senior stakeholders, partners, and visitors, while supporting administrative and coordination activities within a dynamic, high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee front desk operations, including visitor management and meeting room coordination
- Manage incoming calls, correspondence, and general inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Provide calendar and scheduling support for senior leadership as required
- Coordinate internal meetings, stakeholder engagements, and company events
- Support administrative functions including document handling, office coordination, and travel arrangements (as needed)
- Ensure a polished, professional, and welcoming reception environment aligned with organizational standards
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Highly professional, well-presented, and confident in engaging senior stakeholders
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience within a corporate, investment, or professional services environment preferred
