We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage our front desk and support administrative and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
  • Manage front desk operations
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain attendance logs and records
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing and data entry

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Preferred

  • Experience in UAE is a plus
  • Immediate joiners preferred
