Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls
- Manage front desk operations
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain attendance logs and records
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing and data entry
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred
- Experience in UAE is a plus
- Immediate joiners preferred
