The Receptionist- Front Desk position is responsible for the below, and other duties as assigned:
Front Office & Customer Service:

Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment

Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries via phone, email, and in person

Manage visitor check-in, provide directions, and notify appropriate personnel of arrivals

Maintain a clean, organized reception area and front office

Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and record updates

Support office operations by ordering supplies, preparing meeting spaces, and assisting with basic coordination tasks

Open and close office facilities, including managing doors and lighting as required
Office & Facility Support:

Oversee cleanliness and organization of common areas, including reception, kitchen, and restrooms

Monitor and replenish office, kitchen, and restroom supplies

Coordinate with cleaning services and ensure overall facility standards are maintained

Perform light daily upkeep tasks as needed
Kitchen & Breakroom Management:

Stock and maintain kitchen supplies, snacks, and beverages

Ensure kitchen cleanliness, including routine refrigerator maintenance and trash disposal
Mail & Administrative Support:

Manage incoming and outgoing mail and package distribution

Review and route documents, including accounting-related correspondence

Scan and distribute mail and documents as necessary
