**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented bilingual Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling front desk reception and administrative duties in a professional manner.
**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
- Insurance Verification/authorization
**Skills:**
- Ability to transcribe information accurately
- Proficient in calendar management
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with computerized systems for managing appointments and data entry
- Background in medical office procedures is a bonus
- Excellent customer support abilities
