Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and professional Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure the smooth flow of daily administrative tasks. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant office environment while honing your administrative expertise.

- Greeting all guests and directing them appropriately.

- Answering and directing telephone calls and maintaining switchboard.

- Maintaining tidiness and organization of the office as well as handling inventory of office supplies and orders as needed.

- Turning the lights on and unlocking the entry door(s) and turning the lights off and locking doors prior to leaving each day. During times you are away from the reception area, the access door must be set to badge-access only.

- Assist with planning and organizing office events, subject to Board approval.

- Give HR and secretaries notice when you are out to schedule coverage, even if morning of.

- Occasional tasks as assigned by Shareholders, HR or Facilities Director.

- Taking care of Courier Services and Deliveries

- Liaison for building management

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
