Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative operations in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and agents in a professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries
- Manage front desk operations and maintain a presentable reception area
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for real estate agents
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and emails
- Maintain client records and update databases/CRM systems
- Assist with property listings, documentation, and filing
- Coordinate with property consultants and administrative staff
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed
- Support basic accounting tasks such as invoicing or receipt handling
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (real estate experience preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages is an advantage)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus
