Job Summary:

CA Gold City Housing Scheme is seeking a highly professional and presentable Receptionist to manage front desk operations and ensure a positive first impression for all visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a courteous attitude, and the ability to handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) is mandatory
  • Male & Female candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence efficiently
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper record keeping
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
  • Provide administrative and clerical support as required
  • Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable at all times

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Professional appearance and customer-oriented approach
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
