Overview:
We are seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our customers, both in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and capable of handling a variety of administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers promptly and professionally upon arrival
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with a courteous and helpful demeanor
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and showroom area
- Assist with scheduling appointments for sales and service departments
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Support dealership staff with clerical tasks as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of information
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Proficiency with basic computer systems (Microsoft Office, phone systems, etc.)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
