Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Intake: Welcoming patients, updating registration forms, and ensuring a calm environment.
  • Scheduling: Booking appointments, managing provider calendars, and sending reminders.
  • Communication: Answering multi-line phone systems, responding to emails, and directing calls.
  • Administrative Duties: Filing records, maintaining front-office cleanliness, and scanning documents.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a medical office or administrative role is typically required.
  • Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology and insurance protocols.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, empathy, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
