Receptionist

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to handle difficult situations calmly
  • Assist with administrative tasks (data entry, filing, record keeping)
  • Coordinate with staff and departments as needed
  • Provide basic information about the company and services
  • Minimum Intermediate (12th grade) or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Good communication skills (Urdu and basic English)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, email)
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
