Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients, visitors, and vendor with professionalism and courtesy
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate staff as needed
  • Provide detailed information regarding services, products, and insurance coverage
  • Collaborate with hearing aid specialists, audiologists, and other team members to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow
  • Manage patient check-ins/outs, schedule and confirm appointments, and send timely reminders via phone, email, or text
  • Verify and update patient information, including personal and insurance details, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Process patient payments, manage insurance billing, and handle cash/credit transactions
  • Address patient complaints or concerns and escalate to appropriate staff when necessary
  • Assist with filing, data entry, other clerical tasks, while maintaining strict confidentiality of all records

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist in a medical setting.
  • Strong background in front desk operations, including appointment scheduling, and managing patient flow.
  • Familiarity with insurance verification process.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide high-quality customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Available to join on short notice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ﷼5,000.00 - ﷼7,000.00 per month
