Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage reception area to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes when required
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Provide basic information about the company and its services
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor and call handling
- Handle inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally
