We are looking for a Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate visitor schedules
  • Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document handling
  • Support administrative staff with daily tasks and special projects
  • Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
  • Handle basic inquiries and refer to the appropriate personnel
  • Ensure security protocols are followed for visitor entry and exits

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
