We are looking for a Receptionist.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate visitor schedules
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document handling
- Support administrative staff with daily tasks and special projects
- Maintain office supplies and place orders as needed
- Handle basic inquiries and refer to the appropriate personnel
- Ensure security protocols are followed for visitor entry and exits

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
