Receptionist

Job Description

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Receptionist / Office Assistant to manage front desk activities and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate should be well-presentable, organized, and capable of handling guest reception, pantry duties, and office cleanliness responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and visitors in a professional manner.

Handle front desk and basic receptionist duties.

Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for guests and staff.

Maintain pantry supplies and ensure cleanliness of pantry area.

Support office cleaning and maintain a neat and organized workplace.

Answer phone calls and assist with basic office coordination.

Ensure meeting rooms and reception area are clean and presentable.

Assist management and staff with general office support tasks when required.
