Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Prepare invoices and quotations accurately
- Maintain records and documentation
- Assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with team members for daily office operations
- Handle emails and schedule appointments when required
