We are looking for a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong English proficiency, basic administrative knowledge, and the ability to handle front-desk responsibilities efficiently. Freshers are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
  • Prepare invoices and quotations accurately
  • Maintain records and documentation
  • Assist with basic accounting and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate with team members for daily office operations
  • Handle emails and schedule appointments when required

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills with good English proficiency
  • Basic knowledge of invoicing, quotations, and accounting
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, email handling)
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
