Nationality: Philippines Females ONLY
We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and highly organized Receptionist to join our team in Qatar.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk representative
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Experience using POS systems, booking systems, dashboards, and daily operational software
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to manage appointments, client records, payments, and reporting efficiently
Responsibilities:
* Welcoming clients and creating a professional first impression
* Managing appointments, calls, bookings, and daily schedules
* Handling customer inquiries professionally
* Processing payments and operating POS systems
* Coordinating with team members and management
* Managing booking systems and daily operational dashboards
* Maintaining front desk organization and client records
Candidates must already be based in Qatar or willing to relocate.
