We are looking for a smart, organized, and professional Receptionist with Accounts Background to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

  • * Handle front office reception and telephone calls professionally
  • * Welcome clients and visitors
  • * Manage emails, documents, and office correspondence
  • * Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery notes
  • * Assist with accounting entries and documentation
  • * Maintain petty cash and filing records
  • * Coordinate with suppliers, technicians, and clients
  • * Support admin and accounts department in daily operations
