Receptionist – Jack’s Barbershop

Jack’s Barbershop is a fast-growing, high-energy barbershop brand with multiple locations in Brooklyn. We’re looking for an energetic, friendly, and organized Receptionist who has excellent communication skills and loves providing amazing client experiences. You’ll be the first person clients see when they walk in, so a positive attitude is key!

Location

Prospect Heights & Crown Heights – Brooklyn, NY

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and create a welcoming environment
• Answer phone calls professionally and efficiently
• Schedule and manage appointments using our booking system
• Assist with daily front-desk tasks and light administrative duties
• Support the team and help maintain shop cleanliness & organization
• Process payments and help with product sales when needed

Compensation

• Starting at $18/hr
• Tips from barbers
• Commission on product sales
• Growth potential up to $27–$28/hr based on performance and experience
