Flipped Park is looking to hire a Receptionist for one of its branch located in Abu Dhabi - UAE

Position: Receptionist
Location: Abu Dhabi - UAE
Experience: 3-4 years
Salary: AED 3,000 to 3,500
Job duties:

• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Welcome and assist visitors and clients
• Manage bookings, events, and appointments
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks
• Handle filing, scanning, photocopying, and printing
• Prepare reports and manage mail/packages
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Provide excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
• Use MS Office for daily administrative work
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management
