Position Overview

We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting general office functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries
  • Schedule consultations and service appointments
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner
  • Maintain and update customer records and job schedules
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and email correspondence
  • Coordinate communication between customers and project teams
  • Support office organization and daily operations
